I found your story through CNN and was very touched. I haven’t had a chance to read everything on the blog to see how Alyssa is currently doing but I will. This might be unnecessary but I felt impressed to tell you about a technology called Eagles Eyes that allows you to operate a computer with your eyes.It seems to have blessed the lifes of many and maybe this is something Alyssa can benefit from. I don’t know much more about it than what the documentary showed but I felt I should at least mention it:

Hello there, thank you very much for writting. Fortunately Alyssa’s eyes are fine. Although I appreciate the information because my husbands cousins little girl has a rare eye disease. I will pass this along. Thanks again! -JK

Thanks for replying and just to clarify the technology is not for the eyes but it allows the user to operate a computer with the movement of their eyes. The Dr that designed it was hoping to find the next “it” computer product but found that this technology could be used by those that don’t have the use of their hands/bodies to play games or to complete their studies.
